Description
Garden Park was a rehab of an 86 unit garden-style apartment complex and a manager's office in Federal Way.
Rehab work included new flooring, appliances, cabinets and paint throughout, installation of new ADA ramps, and rehab of the manager's office and filling in the pool which was replaced by a new play structure.
