Description
New construction of a 41,000 sq ft 50-unit retirement facility. Vasa Creek sits on a hillside close to a creek bed which posed interesting challenges for the site work.
The site required an extremely large amount of soil treatment in order to stabilize the site. The entire facility sits on pin piles to ensure stability in the damp soil.
In addition, the damp site features a retention vault exceeding 11,000 cubic feet.
