Description
New construction of a three story, wood framed structure over one level of PT. This project includes elevators, underground parking, common areas, commercial kitchen, intricate communication and alarm system, and 58 assisted living units. The site work included taking a large cut out of the hillside with soil nailing and shotcrete shoring.
