Description
New construction of a contemporary townhome style development for agricultural workers. The buildings offer a variety of floor plans. The units sit above one level of concrete parking that also serves as a method to increase the elevation of the units above the flood plane.
Through pre-construction and value engineering, Synergy was able to reduce the costs by 20%.
This project was completed for The Housing Authority of Skagit Valley.
