Description
The first Multi Family Built Green Certified in Everett.
New construction of a 108-unit Mixed Use Project of approximately 150,000 SF including two levels of parking and a partial level of commercial space.
Two levels of P.T. deck under four floors of wood framed apartments. A tight, in fill lot in downtown Everett, this building is lot line to lot line and immediately adjacent to an adjacent four story building.
We worked with the owner to certify this building under the Built Green program, earning 3 stars when completed. This is will be the first multi-family project in Everett to be certified Built Green.
