Description
This project consists of a new branch library with structured parking below, surface parking and associated site development. The main library level is approximately 12,500 square feet and includes book stack areas, reading room, children's area, meeting room, restrooms, workroom, office, staff break and restroom, storage, study areas and an exterior plaza space. The building will utilize a ground source heating system, radiant heated and cooled flooring and a pre-vegetated mat green roof system. This building will utilize energy efficient thermal insulation, mechanical, electrical and plumbing fixtures.
