Description
New construction of a 52-unit, 3-community room senior apartments complex.
Through value-engineering, strict scheduling, and maximum efficiency Synergy was able to complete this project well ahead of schedule and under budget allowing several amenities not on the original scope of work. The project site is bordered by wetlands and involved a very thorough erosion control program.
