Description
Renovation includes selective demolition, structural/seismic upgrades, interior rehabilitation and spatial modifications, door and window replacement, roofing improvements, restroom and kitchen expansions and electrical/mechanical upgrades.
CV3 Housing: New construction of a 2-story, 8 unit apartment building.
Plaza: This portion will be construction adjacent to the Jim Wiley Center and includes new paving and concrete hardscapes, structural slab over the area of an underground detention vault and intricate colored concrete with scoring. The plaza will serve as the point of connection for the Greenbridge Community. This area will include artwork, outdoor market and a space for community events.
