Description
Renovation/remodel of historic 1906 four story building into 30 units of apartments with commercial space on street level.
Synergy was awarded the contract as the low bidder. During the project we assisted in value engineering.
The scope included adding a new fire sprinkler and alarm system, seismic retrofit, including masonry anchors and tuck points, all new plumbing and electrical systems, 40% of interior drywall replacement, reconstruction of exterior decks on back elevation, as well as the restoration of the existing storefronts.
