Description
New construction of three structures that include 82 residential apartments for senior citizens. This project also includes 4,995 sf of commercial space, below-grade parking, surface parking, and site landscaping.
W12 is a 3 Star Built Green Project and is part of the Greenbridge Master Planned Community.
Greenbridge is an innovative mixed-income community that, when completed in 2012, will provide 1,000 affordable homes for approximately 3,500 people.
The Greenbridge Master Development utilized the HOPE VI Grant from the US Department of HUD to catalyze revitalization of White Center.
