If you have a current subcontract with Synergy Construction, Inc., all billings should be completed using the following documents.  Billings are typically due by the 25^th of the month – please see your subcontract for the specific due date on your project.

Below are standardized forms for subcontractor draws and lien releases.  Click on the form to begin the download. 

• Subcontractor Draw Request
• Subcontractor Interim Conditional/Unconditional Release
• Supplier Lien Release

A lien release from your company must accompany all draw requests.  Failure to include a subcontractor lien release may causes delays in payment.  Furthermore, lien releases from all your suppliers on the project must also accompany your draw requests. A supplier lien release in the form of the company’s standard release may be submitted as an alternative to Synergy’s standard release.

These forms are also included in your subcontract package when you are initially contracted.
