Synergy Construction Company Information
Synergy Construction was founded in 1990 by its current management staff, Pamela Stewart, President; and Larry Stewart, Executive Vice President. They both have over 20 years of experience in working together as a team in the construction industry. The basic principle on which Synergy was formed, "Quality with Integrity", remains our daily focus. We believe that this is a key reason for our high rate of repeat business.
With Synergy, you have the benefit of working with the above individuals and our project managers, as principals of the company, through the entire process of construction, including cost estimating, value engineering, scheduling, quality control, and cost control. Synergy works extensively with all members of the project team (owners, architects, and any necessary subcontractors) within the pre-construction phase of the project to ensure a product with which you will be happy. The involvement of the owners of the business makes them directly accountable to you for the company's overall performance and creates a level of responsiveness that is second to none.
Over the past several years, we have completed projects that cover many diverse scopes of construction. These include new commercial buildings, renovations (residential and commercial, including historical structures), new apartments and multi-family housing projects, churches, schools, medical facilities, and many tenant improvements. Many of our projects are State, County and/or City funded and we have extensive experience with the necessary paperwork required on these types of projects. Synergy Construction is a member of the Construction Industry Training Council, an apprenticeship training program allowing for the growth and advancement of our employees. Because Synergy Construction believes so firmly in practicing affirmative action, we currently have active employees who were hired as a result of projects undertaken for Non-Profit organizations whose funding sources often require employing workers from the local communities. Also because we believe so strongly in giving back to our community, we are involved annually in "Rebuilding Together Eastside", a program that offers home renovations to those in need, as well as the Eastside Domestic Violence sponsored Bowl-A-Thon to raise funding for their programs. In conclusion, the name Synergy was intentionally chosen by us because it is defined as the combined effect of two or more forces working together to create a product that is greater than can be achieved separately.
